Meet our newest studio holder, The Reform Room, launching in Palmers Green

Our beloved site in Palmers Green has a new tenant! Meet The Reform Room and its proud founder, Anne Samuels, who was kind enough to share her thoughts on the area, what inspired her, and what it means to become part of the Arbeit Studios community.

The Reform Room opens its doors on Saturday, 12 September 2026, at 8 am and you can already book your classes!

What inspired you to open a second Reform Room studio in Palmers Green?

Having grown up in Muswell Hill, North London has always felt like home to me. I also spent lots of time in Palmers Green as a child, visiting a close family friend and playing in Broomfield Park, so the area holds many happy memories and has a real personal connection for me. After seeing the wonderful community that has grown around our Muswell Hill studio, Palmers Green felt like the perfect place for our second Reform Room.

What can people expect from a Reform Room class?

Creating an inclusive and welcoming space is at the heart of Reform Room. We know Reformer Pilates can feel intimidating, especially when you’re trying it for the first time, so we make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive.

We offer a variety of class styles, from our dynamic Reformer classes, which are rooted in Pilates fundamentals, to REFORM | STRONG, which combines Reformer Pilates with strength training and is ideal for those who enjoy a more athletic workout. Whatever your experience or fitness background, you can expect expert guidance, personal attention and an effective, enjoyable class that helps you build strength, improve mobility and feel more confident in your body

What are you most excited about bringing to Palmers Green?

I’m most excited about creating a beautiful, welcoming space where local people can take some time for themselves, move their bodies and feel part of a community. We’ve already received such an incredible response from the local area, and I can’t wait to welcome everyone through our doors and see the Palmers Green Reform Room community grow.

What are you looking forward to about joining the Arbeit Studios community?

We’re excited to become part of Arbeit’s wider network of independent businesses and creatives across London. As an independent, founder-led business ourselves, we really value Arbeit’s commitment to providing spaces where growing businesses can establish themselves and thrive. We’re looking forward to bringing a new wellness offering to the Palmers Green building and becoming part of the local area.
