We won! We're the Small Business of the Year in the Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster Business Awards 2026!

We'd like to say a big thank you to the Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster Chamber of Commerce and all the judges of this year's Business Awards for this wonderful award. We are absolutely delighted!

As a small business, our idea has always been quite simple: to provide artists, makers and small businesses with affordable places to work and grow. We believe that our spaces should be more than just places to work. We want to create places where people can connect, collaborate, share ideas and feel part of something.

Together with Westminster City Council we opened Triangle Studios, Gallery and Pop-up, on Church Street in 2024, and in 2026, we opened our new space at Lisson Grove, with 37 creative workspaces, desk spaces, a gallery and a dance rehearsal studio.

We would especially like to thank WCC for giving us the opportunity to run these spaces and for supporting us through some challenging situations. It hasn’t always been easy, and I’m sure there will be more challenges along the way, but we really appreciate your time, support and willingness to work with us to find solutions. Through these projects, we can support local businesses, artists and community groups, while bringing new activities and opportunities to the area.

We really value this partnership and hope it continues for many years to come, with more spaces and exciting projects across Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea in the future!
