About Arbeit Studios - Lisson Groves
Arbeit Studios - Lisson Grove is a new mixed-use creative hub designed to support the growth of creative industries as part of Westminster City Council’s plan for a Fairer Economy. The hub, designed by Brown Urbanism, offers a vibrant mix of affordable, quality workspaces and communal amenities across five split-level floors.
The site includes:
• 38 self-contained creative business/artist studios
• 22 coworking desk spaces
• A shared meeting room
• 2 phone booths
• A café space (60 m2)
• Exhibition and events space
• A fitness/yoga studio (4.9m x 9.9m, total area of 45.6m2)
Our next open day for viewings is on Tuesday, 19th November (fully booked), but we’ll be hosting another on Saturday, 29th November.
