Unit 7: 91 ft² self-contained ground-floor studio within a shared open-plan space, no windows but receives natural light from adjacent unit. £335 pcm, including bills.
Unit 10: 112 ft² self-contained ground floor studio, no windows but receives natural light from adjacent unit. £380 pcm, including bills.
Our well-connected creative hub is a short walk from Marylebone Station (8-min), Edgware Road Station (11-min) and Baker Street Station (15-min).
None of those studios are suitable for beauticians, hairdressers or any beauty/wellness practices.

About Arbeit Studios - Lisson Grove
Arbeit Studios - Lisson Grove is a new mixed-use creative hub designed to support the growth of creative industries as part of Westminster City Council’s plan for a Fairer Economy. The hub, designed by Brown Urbanism, offers a vibrant mix of affordable, quality workspaces and communal amenities across five split-level floors.
The site includes:

• 30 coworking dedicated desk spaces (memberships: £150 pcm, limited-time offer)
• 1 meeting room (free bookings)
