Arbeit Studios has recently been shortlisted in the Workplaces category at NLA’s New London Awards 2026 for our project in Lisson Grove, designed by Brown Urbanism and funded by the City of Westminster.
NLA's New London Awards recognise projects which demonstrate the positive impact that high-quality design, planning and construction have on people.

Arbeit Studios - Lisson Grove
Open in February 2026, Arbeit Studios - Lisson Grove is a creative hub offering a vibrant mix of studios, dedicated desks in a co-working open space, a rehearsal studio, a new café and a gallery space.
Located across five split‑level floors, the coworking area sits within a wider creative ecosystem that includes 37 private studios, fully occupied. The site is funded by Westminster City Council as part of its Fairer Economy plan, supporting local businesses to stay rooted and connected within their community.
Designed by Brown Urbanism, the building maximises natural light and visibility through a translucent polycarbonate partition system, creating an open, modern and inspiring place to work.
Arbeit Galleries - Lisson Grove hosted 3 exhibitions since its launch, a marketing workshop in partnership with University of Westminster and business support 121 meetings with Grow.
