Our Palmers Green building has a large open space on the ground floor and a smaller room upstairs, with a toilet and small kitchenette. The total unit is 650 SqFt, comprising of 170 sqft at the first floor and 390 sqft open plan space at the ground floor. It offers 24/7 access, a fast Wi-Fi and is pet-friendly.
We’re aiming to have a single occupancy for the entire space for a 12-month contract or longer. Meanwhile, the ground floor events space is also available to hire for shorter periods for exhibitions, indoor markets, pop-up shops, workshops, rehearsals and meetings.
This site served 6 artist residencies and, in partnership with the Enfield Council and the Palmers Green Action Team, it has been supporting the culture and community of Palmers Green since 2023. We‘ve launched over 370 events and had 117 artists exhibiting their works.
