This is a non-refundable holding deposit securing the space to complete all the documentation required.
Once the deposit is made we do not show the unit to others interested parties.

The deposit is valid for 2 weeks.
If you do not complete the documentation within that period of time we will cancel the offer and will not return the deposit.
If you withdraw your interest we will not return the deposit.
