Neither Nor is a solo exhibition by Caroline Jane Harris, exploring water and waves in both physical and invisible states, as a metaphor for human connection in present day culture. Inspired by ideas of interconnectedness and entanglement, the works and processes unify dichotomies of media, scale, abstraction and change. In this exhibition, papercuts, rubbings and photo-etched copper occupy a space between figurative and abstract, two and three-dimensions. Viewers are invited to reflect on issues of intersecting temporalities and the contemporary human experience.
