Monthly coffee morning for parents and carers, held on the second Monday of each month at Trowbridge Gardens community space. Everyone is welcome! Enjoy coffee and pastries from Thingy People Cafe, with plenty of toys and space for buggies.
This casual and friendly event is a perfect opportunity to meet other local parents and get free support from our volunteer hosts Dina of Vitamin Dina Nutrition and Esther from the Hackney Nappy Network, who will be there to greet you. We also occasionally invite guest volunteers, such as an infant sleep consultant, lactation consultant and post-natal fitness trainer, to share their expertise.

Dina is a registered Nutritionist (mBANT CNHC) and founder of Vitamin Dina Nutrition, based in Hackney Wick, which provides personalised nutrition programmes for diverse bodies. Dina aims to make nutrition accessible for busy parents with limited time and energy.
Esther runs the Hackney Nappy Network, which helps parents and carers get started using reusable nappies. The Hackney Nappy Network run free events and demos around Hackney to help parents make informed nappy choices and to publicise the free £70 nappy voucher scheme.
